Novotel Nottingham Derby

The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough when asked. I was surprised that my room was cleaned every day. Facilities are good and while not high end they do the job.

Location and room were ideal. Staff welcoming and helpful.

Restaurant food and standard was appalling. Not a la carte standard and menu choices were worse than a food chain cafe. Wait time was unbelievable, 2 hours in total for pizza, fries and salad which were very pathetic. Manager did come to apologise and removed the cost of our meals from our bill, and offered complimentary desserts . Offer accepted but they were below par.
