Great breakfast Noisy location

The male front desk clerk was demeaning to me when I checked in. He suggested not to use booking . Com and made a disparaging remark about not being able to change my booking.

Not friendly receptionists especially the male one on 5/11/26 day shift. He looked irritated, not smiling. No thank you's. We were checking out. Like we were inconveniencing him.

The hostile staff. You guys can do so much better.

I booked for a three night stay but checked out after the first night due to the cleaniness of the hotel. I notified the front desk before 12PM about the my early changes and yet they charge me the following night saying i did not gave them a 24 hour notice.

Going to the pool and hot tub with one of my guys and I stepped into an ice cold hot tub at 5:30pm last Wednesday The pool was just as cold as well I wonder who keeps tabs on facility? I reported to desk and they said it should be good in an hour, it wasn’t and I didn’t want to stay up late to see if it was. Very disappointing We stayed there because of the pool/hot tub Also we went next door to the adjoining White Spot where we were told we’d get 10% off our meals. We told one person and a lot of time elapsed from then till we got our dinner bill. I then asked but was told it was too late. The manager came and nothing could be done. He did ask if I would like to take dessert, a piece of carrot cake. I said that would be great and he came back with a bag. I should have looked in, yes one lovely piece of carrot cake but the two special men with me also had dinners. If the Best Western and White Spot had cards to hand out to people staying at the hotel it wouldn’t get forgotten, so easy to do.

The staffs are nice and accommodating. Facilities are well kept and clean.

This was absolutely the worst experience ever—and it’s not the first time at this location. I thought it might be better now, but they proved me wrong. I booked a room with two queen beds for two adults and two kids. According to hotel policy and my booking, kids under 12 stay free, so I assumed we were fine, including my toddler. But after arriving from the U.S. at midnight, they told me I had to pay for an additional room. I ended up leaving my family and going to another place to stay. From now on, I will never, ever try to visit this location again. Terrible, just terrible. (Confirmation number: 611293430)

We stayed three days with my family. We flew from NS and this was not a pleasant experience.The room was humid.

There were blood stains on the bed cover and pillow covers , dog hair on the beddings, and on the floor. We stayed three days, we need to keep our shocks on since the floor was so dirty full of dog hair.
