The location of the hotel was good for access to the town, just a short walk away. The staff were all really friendly and made our little dog feel very welcome.

On our second night there was alot of noise on our floor with doors banging into the early hours which unsettled our dog.

The location and availability at practically last minute. The beds were amazing.

WiFi, or rather - the lack of getting one via simple password, and providing your details in order to obtain it. Breakfast was pretty basic with not that many options or amounts. Some of the mugs were dirty.

Very nice hotel in a good location for walking into the centre of Stratford. Easy to park. Staff were mostly very helpful and friendly. Room larger than expected. Very good breakfast.

A little noisy at night; the soundproofing between the rooms isn't great.

Great location, minutes from everything and also close to the train station. Friendly staff, really nice room and very comfy bed.

The bathroom was a bit cold, there is a small towel rail so didn’t heat the room that well.

The reception & dining room staff very good

The room was supposed to be for a disabled person but the comfy chair was not high enough & the person concerned needed help.to get out of it. In the shower the handrail was too close toiletries.

The hotel is in a great location, and smelt really fresh and clean on entering the reception. And the staff were lovely.

The room Not enough bathrobes or cups for the three guests. The carpet in the room was in need of replacing or a shampoo. The conditioner in the bathroom was empty, we did ask but never arrived. We had our breakfast in our room for the experience! But was a total waste of money the 3 breakfast arrived separately by the time the 2nd one was delivered the 1st person had eaten there's and the same with the 3rd breakfast and the order was wrong too. Very disappointed!

On check out, the receptionist seemed rude.
