"Harassment & holes in my sheet"

The air conditioning, location and 50% of the staff

Ignored emails. Holes in sheets. Hassles daily at breakfast about paying. A sink so low it hurt my back to use it. I could go on and on. Toilet seat fell off.

Staff were very friendly

No water in the shower. All 4 of us ended ip showering in a diffirent room of the hotel. We were too late for breakfast as a result

Hi, It was clean and need and good value for money.

Toilet didn't flash properly. Small amount of water was used to flash the toilet, and my welcome letter was actually not for me.

"Most enjoyable!"

Very impressed wit the staff and the everything they did to let us feel welcome, especially due to the fact that it was our 40th wedding anniversary. Champagne and decor in the room when we arrived was so wonderfull. It also was evident that the staff was happy to work at the hitel and that they enjoyed it to work as a team.

Nothing that we can think of.
