The location of the hotel is excellent and is a short walk to the gondola lift.

Staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially the tall grey hair lady was very nice. I recommend to book the half-board. The food was excellent! Also the location was amazing, very close to the station and the gondola.

Very minor issue, but the pillow was too soft, got a neck ache.

Best hotel in beautiful Kanderstegg. We booked a mountain view room which included a balcony, not realising just how amazing the view would be, just extraordinary. Large room and ensuite with comfy a bed. Dinner at the excellent restaurant was a standout, with seating outside and mountain views is a must. Welcoming and excellent staff were a bonus. A special stay.

The quintessential Swiss experience of years gone past. Clean, warm and welcoming staff, accommodating, well appointed rooms, delicious breakfast and fabulous dinners. The place you feel at home when your not.

What a cozy hotel! Good space, stunning views from the balcony, comfy bed and good shower! The owners are very kind and friendly. Breakfast has many options and dinner was very good, outside, admiring the view, drinking good wine and eating great food. The hotel is close to the gondola to Oeschinensee, just 10 minutes walking. I wish we could've stayed longer.

Central hotel with all you need to enjoy Kandersteg. Short 5 minute walk from train station with good views and very friendly team. Breakfast was good
