So quiet , nice place to rest

Roaches in every room, we switch four rooms in a week trying to find a good room the last room I got bit by a bedbug and I have photos first time ever so I paid in advance for a week and I’m out 500 they never offered to return my money They said it was nonrefundable

We booked a two room suit but we’re told that they have not had any two room suits in a long time. They were very nice and did their best to get my family two rooms that were close together. The bathroom in one of the rooms only had very hot water in the shower. The cold water would not turn on. The bathroom in our other room, the tub had a super slow drain. And there was 5 of us that had to use it. We also did find a few cockroaches. On the outside of the property there was blood all over the stairs leading to the parking lot and blood all along the walking path. I don’t know what happened there. The staff was very nice. I just wish the hotel was just as nice.

Verbally abused at check in by a prostitute while the staff did nothing. Filthy room. Dead cockroaches in the bed sheets. This is the worst place I've ever stayed. Completely low class. Decent accommodations at this price were available all over the area. I have to question Hotels.com for even listing this dump. Next time I'll do my own reviewing.

Is very old

The room smelled like cigarettes. The mattress was stained (blood?) badly. They're was a1 inch gap under our door to the outside! The police were there for a long time, and the front desk person was rude, stressed, or both.

I reserved a king room. There were none available when I checked in. Room was dirty: floor gritty, carpet dirty and hair in shower. Poor value for $90
