Nasty and smelly. Old nasty carpet on floor. Electrical outlet did not work. Bolt on door was broken. Open hole in the wall with vent cover lying on floor. Light bulb in lamp was shot. Internet very slow. Elevator has wood floor that looks like it is on its last leg. Not worth the money.

First room had dirty sheets. Second room they switched us to had cracked glass at entry door,latches were loose, stains on carpet, drywall dust? on carpet and the topper was the urine stained and disgusting toilet seat. Also the elevator flooring was trashed. We ran out of there as fast as we could.

Front desk was not friendly and made me wait until after 3pm to checkin. While another guest was able to checkin without any issues.

The property was located very close to the hospital.

It was in major need of remodeling and updating. The tub was unsafe and the air/heat didn’t work correctly. The beds were too high for short people.

Property very run down. Somewhat sketchy neighborhood. Front desk lady was not at all helpful when we arrived at 2:30 pm. She informed us that check in wasn't until 3:00 and that our room wasn't ready. Although check out is at 11:00 she said there were no King rooms available. She claimed the hotel was fully booked last night and the cleaners were backed up. The parking lot was virtually empty. I asked her if she could contact housekeeping & ask them to prioritize a King room. She said No. We explained that we were needing to change clothes quickly and head to a wedding. She told us it could be up to an hour's wait. Having no choice but to wait, we sat in our car. We observed a housekeeper on the balcony having a cigarette & chatting on her cell phone. The front desk lady did come out to our car a couple minutes before 3:00 & tell us that our room was ready. The room was in very shabby condition. Dirty carpet with holes in it. Mismatched chair & ottoman had dirty upholstery. Furniture banged up & chipped. The bed was OK, and the bed linens & towels were clean.

Very rude staff member. My room didn’t have a working tv and I was told nothing can be done. Roaches in the room. I immediately requested new sheets they were dirty and stained.

The beds were so soft and saggy.

This hotel needs some upgrading. The carpet was disgusting and we couldn't sleep with the horrible sewer smell in the room. The shower was dirty and/or stained.

Didn’t have breakfast. Walked to local Starbucks

Room was poorly furnished. No blanket or comforter. Carpet was filthy and room is in need if countless repairs

Berry little choices only hard boiled eggs and waffels

Everything tv wasnt working called front desk no one ever came to fix it i asked twice
