Receptionist professionali e molto gentili. Camere con tutti i comfort. Buona dotazione di cuscini. Bagno luminosissimo e funzionale (doccia super). Ottima e varia colazione.

Un pó caldo nelle camere.

Tivemos o atendimento do Leonardo na recepção que foi sensacional. Nos ajudou com early check in, deu muitas dicas da cidade e nos deixou bem à vontade no hotel. As instalações são novas e o quarto muito confortável, com destaque para a cama que é muito aconchegante.

Firstly, I would like to say this is the most beautiful Best Western hotel I have stayed. Its location is perfect if travel via a train and walkable to historic center, as well as multiple restaurants & cafès. Decor is lovely, staff was friendly and welcoming and gracious upon departure.

Impressive old style building with similar reception/bar area. (This could get busy.) Very close to main railway station. Room was a bit old fashioned & dark but this was in keeping with the building. Good sized modern bathroom, only with a shower - no climbing into a bath to have a shower.

Breakfast was "hit & miss". Average range of buffet offerings - with lukewarm scrambled eggs at times & sometimes running low. Our biggest gripe was the so-called balcony on our room. We had a room at the bottom of an L shaped part of the building with another room on the LH side facing our balcony. A very small area of our balcony had been "fenced" off so the guests in the adjoining room could stand there and smoke and have it waft into our room. Needless to say we didn't use our balcony and most times just kept our balcony door closed. Ask for a room with no facing balcony from adjacent room!!

Location, rooms

We left a selection of hip flasks on a kitchen table and one of them has sentimental value and they were all disposed of. I have included an image of the valuable flask.
