The room wasn't very clean. The carpets were dirty and shabby. Hairs in the bath and holes in the curtains

"Great food - Terrible bedroom"

The public areas were good. The food in the restaurant was good. My bedroom was cold and in poor condition. The heating unit didn't work and the bathroom light kept failing intermittently. The windows offered very little insulation for the wind and rain outside. The room was generally tired, poorly maintained and very unwelcoming.

We had a lovely stay. Staff were all lovely Jon Paul who was working in the bar was exceptionally helpful friendly and informative. We would highly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay again

Was expecting room to be better cleaned eg cups cleaned. Top wipe down daily. Was missing TV remote initially took asking 5 times to get sorted. Other than that not bad
