Novotel Poissy Orgeval

Lovely outdoor swimming pool . Lots of things missing off the menus otherwise very helpful staff and friendly xx

Le réceptionniste était très désagréable ma chambre était Payer rester juste les taxes de séjours à régler sur place mes d’après lui je n’avait pas régler il a dit sens une carte de crédit je n’accèderai pas à ma chambre puis il a fini par débit ma carte d’un montant de 100€ pour une garantie au cas où je dégraderai les lieux d’après lui

The pool and the staff are the nicest part of this hotel, but take into consideration that the pool sides are old and kids can hurt themselves while playing around in the water. Some waterbeds were at disposal in the hotel which we really appreciated specially for the kids. Breakfast is great and everyone in the staff is very friendly and caring.

The AC is a big Minus of the hotel, specially when during the summer. It is not a real AC so the rooms are not fresh at all, too bad The rooms themselves are a bit old The garden is left abandoned, there are bad herbs growing all over the pool, it’s a shame that kids can’t run a bit in the green area. My kid was bitten by nettles and cried for an hour. Also very dangerous, there is an open door, leading directly outside the hotel which is nothing else but… the freeway ! Don’t leave your kid out around the pool

I really liked the decor of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very clean.

As an American, the only thing I had to get used to are the smaller size rooms, but I noticed this seems to be the case for many restaurants in France.
