Une catastrophe Longue attente à l’arrivée , hôtel vieillot. Climatisation hors service par temps de canicule, avec impossibilité de la réparer ou de changer de chambre hélas . Seul un jeune homme de l’accueil a eu la gentillesse de me prêter son ventilateur, hélas inefficace sur la chaleur étouffante et pas agréable pour trouver le sommeil. Nous avons finalement quitté l’hôtel vers 21h30 . le veilleur de nuit auquel nous l’avons annoncé a répondu un désinvolte «  ok «  sans chercher à comprendre ou à aider , ou simplement à s’excuser pour les désagréments. Je ne suis pas contente du tout et demande à être remboursée.
