Très bon séjour dommage qu’il manquait de gobelets pour se laver les dents. Personnel agréable

La habitación es pequeña, no hay mucho espacio para circular, para colocar maletas y ropa. La ducha muy incómoda. La ubicación es buena, el personal muy amable y hablan varios idiomas.

The hotel is shown as air-conditioned however the reception told us it is broken down when checking in. My stay was in June and the temperature went up to 33 degree in Paris which is horrible. After checking reviews from others the AC is not working for months but the hotel fails to inform guests in advance. Only thing they did was giving guests a fan and that's all. Due to this my stay is unpleasant.

La recepción genial. La atención genial. Solo el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Pero tanto el desayuno como las camas. Increíble.

The air conditioning was broken. The housekeeping supervisor told us since the vent was blowing warm air that it was working just fine. The restaurant was closed the entire weekend for a small group. The breakfast buffet was a large continental breakfast with limited choices. We’ve stayed at ibis properties in the past and this doesn’t live up to their standards.

j'avais réservé un séjour avec petit déjeuner non pris en compte. J'ai donc payé le petit déj à l'arrivée mais le matin je n'étais tj pas inscrit sur la liste des petits déjeuners ?. parking avec borne de recharge , à l’accueil on veut m'envoyer sur une borne extérieure dans la rue. On finit par me dire que je dois m'adresser à l’accueil du Mercure ??? Chambre exiguë.

The stay was very nice, the location was great to get to central Paris and the surrounding area. The nearest Metro station is a longer walk then it appeared so keep that in mind. Also the air conditioning in the room was not great, especially with the severe heatwave at the time.

A/C not working; they did not inform upfront; when complaining, they invented a story of "oh, just broke down - cant to anything"; next morning (after a night at 35 degrees in the room) we complained again, only to be told that they knew (all along) and that only few rooms would have working A/C; they changed us into such a room for the last night - but in reality, the A/C did not work there neither; since the room was at the back of the hotel away from the sun, the temperature was a bit more moderate. When I book a hotel that advertises A/C I want this to work and if it does not (accidents do happen) I want to be informed upfront, so that I can make a decision to change or accept - but don't lie to your customers!
