La literie principale était confortable, la chambre spacieuse. Mention spéciale à la gentillesse et la patience du monsieur qui nous a accueillis après minuit et pris le temps de réceptionner tous nos chèques vacances. Très bonne situation géographique à moins de 10mn du parc Astérix, et en bordure de l'autoroute

La literie enfants n'est pas de qualité, ce sont des canapé-lit et ils n'avaient pas de couette, mais des couvertures : moins confortable, et allergène. Gros point noir : le petit déjeuner. Il est annoncé jusqu'à 11h, nous sommes arrivés à 10h30. Nous avons dû demander des couverts (il n'y en avait plus ils devaient les laver), avons eu des fonds de bouteille de jus frais, plus de pains au chocolat et nous avons dû demander des croissants, plus d'oeufs brouillés, et d'autres éléments chauds manquaient. Si on nous avait fait payer le jour-J en nous précisant que certains éléments étaient manquants, ou si le prix était revu à la baisse en fin de service, cela ne me poserait pas de souci. Ou s'ils précisaient qu'à partir de telle heure il y aura moins de choix. Mais nous avons payé le prix nprmal, on nous a confirmé qu'on pouvait arriver à 10h30 et au final le service était dégradé. Nous n'étions pas les seuls à être décus.

Le revêtement de la douche est hyper glissant, j'ai fait une belle chute : 5 points de suture posés par le service de secours de Roissy, d'après le médecin j'ai eu énormément de chance...

La proximité du parc Astérix

J'ai téléphoner avant mon arrivée afin de savoir : 1) si la piscine était ouverte Réponse oui 2) si chauffée ? Réponse oui a 27 degrés En aucun cas la piscine était a 27 degrés , max 19 ou 20 . Nous en avons une également.
