"Séjour 3 nuits sans services"

Accor profite de l’excuse Covid pour ne faire aucun nettoyage de chambre et limiter le pdj pendant toute la durée du séjour, c’est inacceptable, on ne vous prévient pas bien entendu avant et à l’enregistrement car bien étendu vous payez le prix fort !

Je trouve simplement dommage qu'ACCOR prenne l'excuse COVID pour ne plus nettoyer et faire les chambres pendant toute la durée du séjour et limite les choix au pdj... quand on reste 4 jours on termine dans une chambre limite et quand on paye le séjour on ne voit aucune remise alors qu'ACCOR doit faire beaucoup d'économies !

La climatisation n'avait pas l'air de fonctionner. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et la fenêtre s'ouvre à peine (bloquée par une chaînette). Sinon OK.

"Du bon et du mauvais "

Des chambres agréables avec un gentil personnel néanmoins des frais supplémentaires non indiqués ( petit-déjeuner des enfants) sont un peu désagréables lorsque l’on arrive à l’hôtel.
