mon séjour de 2 nuits ont été réglées d avance, pour des raisons liées à des retards SNCF je n'ai pas pu prendre ma première nuit JKe me suis présenté pour ma deuxième nuit, et l hotel m a informé avoir redonné ma chambre, il n'y avait plus de chambre, j ai du aller au mercure de Fontainebleau, pas de geste commercial, pas de remboursement,....
