"Excellent Hotel to stay"

The customer service was excellent, all the reception/front desk people were helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommended this hotel, for its location between the city and the Disneyland, as its very easy commutable for both sides

This is not a criticism, might be something to add on to maintenance check or bad coincidence for us, the curtain and its rail fell off from its bracket, in the middle of night and made the room very bright to sleep.

Scortesia unica lo staff parla a malapena io francese . Il ristorante il fine settimana chiuso , donne delle pulizie entrano senza bussare. Lontano da ogni monumento abbiamo speso la media di 70 euro al giorno solo per spostarci ... Non lo consiglio.Pessima esperienza

"On a passé un agréable séjour."

Le réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli était super. La chambre était propre rien à dire et le petit frigo puis les boissons était apprécié. Derrière l’hôtel, il y a un centre commercial Auchan pas besoin de prendre la voiture…

Le seul problème, c’est qu’il y a pas de parking 🅿️ sous sol. C’est difficile d’avoir une place parking sur la chaussée et si tu en trouves ne bouge plus ton véhicule 🚗 bref c’est ce que j’ai fait ✅

"Séjour rapide et donc les points négatifs n’étaient pas très impactants."

Les points positifs de l’établissement sont : l’emplacement, c’est proche des transports en commun, les lits étaient confortables bien que la chambre ne soit pas grande (chambre familiale) Le personnel est agréable et disponible. On va dire que c’est un bon rapport qualité/ prix.

La salle de bain est un peu petite, il n’ y a pas assez de rangements dans la chambre et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas ( on a nous répondu qu’en début du mois de mai c’est encore l’hiver donc l’air qui sort est chaud) Et enfin, on a payé 20€ par personne pour le petit déjeuner (à volonté ) mais il était vide il n’y avait pas grand chose, pas assez d’éléments (mention spéciale pour les œufs brouillés) à part ça nous avions l’impression que tout était artificiel ( pancakes et crêpes pas fait maison et dur) Ça ne valait pas les 20€
