Le personnel présent sur place était très sympathique et tentait de faire au mieux pour répondre à nos besoins. Face aux difficultés rencontrées, un geste commercial a été proposé.

Accès à l'hôtel très difficile en raison de travaux. Dès notre arrivée, malgré notre réservation, une panne d'internet ralentit l'enregistrement. La réception ne sait pas combien nous avons de chambre, ni nos noms. Tout est enregistré de manière manuscrite. On nous annonce ensuite qu'il n'y a pas internet et qu'en raison de cette panne, il n'y a aucune carte d'accès pour les chambres. C'est le personnel de réception qui doit nous ouvrir les chambres à chaque fois que l'on veut y rentrer. Aucune vérification de l'identité lorsque l'on demande d'ouvrir la chambre XXX. Pas digne d'un hôtel à près de 100 euros la nuit.
