Le personnel très bien. L'emplacement bien par rapport à l'habitation de nos enfants. Mais un petit ennui.

L'état de la moquette tâchée chambre n° 10. Certainement en rapport avec la présence d'un animal. Ceci pour nous est très désagréable.

La propreté de la chambre, et la qualité du petit déjeuner

La chambre était trop petite. Nous avons été déranger dans la nuit ( minuit) par des clients à qui l’accueil a re- attribuer notre chambre par erreur !! ( chambre 108 Hostel IBIS port CERGY) Ce qui a aussi pour conséquence la désactivation de notre clé ! Nous avons constater aussi des clients qui déambulait en pyjama des étages a la salle à déjeuner !! Comme si nous étions dans un hôtel formule 1 en définitive. La musique assez forte dans la salle de déjeuner.
