ibis Styles Paris Roissy-CDG

Location

Room was a small double and to make it a triple they added a cot which made the room so crowded that there was NO space between the beds. No room to even open suitcases. Only one hand towel. One bed either hadn’t been changed or the laundry is terrible as it had hairs all over the sheets. The air conditioning wasn’t working and the woman at the front desk just shrugged her shoulders and said they had no maintenance to fix it. Temps were in the high 90’s. She gave me a standing fan which I (80 year old woman with a cane) had to carry upstairs to the room myself. Staff at check in was also not pleasant or welcoming

La localisation pratique

La Clim symbolique. Nous avions choisis cet hôtel car c était la canicule et il possédait la climatisation sur le papier. Dans les faits on a eu trop chaud !!!

pas assez précis dans l'adresse quelle idée de s'appeler IBIS STYLE CDG comme l'autre qui lui est au top et réellement près de l'aéroport. Du coup on s'est trompés c'est l'autre qu'on voulait. Mauvaises indications pour trouver la navette qu'on nous annonce gratuite et finalement payante. le strict minimum dans la salle de bain (même pas de distributeur de mouchoirs). WC beaucoup beaucoup trop bas, fait pour les enfants et encore !!!!! ça c'est inadmissible. Le personnel du restaurant nous a vu attendre à l'emplacement prévu et nous avons attendu plus de 10 minutes pour qu'on daigne nous placer alors qu'il n'y avait pas foule et surtout personne devant nous, personnel de ce restaurant fort peu agréable. Petit déjeuner pas terrible (pas assez varié et pas très bon)

It was not clean at all. Carpets should be replaced. All the towels was bad. The kitchen always in dirt.
