"Wifi faiblard, boissons hors de prix !"

Le wifi faiblard, mieux vaut se connecter sur celui du voisin, Accord Hotel ! Le prix des boissons en libre service: plus de dix fois la culbute, plus fort qu à Medrano!!!!!

Les lits ne sont pas confortable. Pas de Clim donc une chaleur horrible en chambre. Qualité assez médiocre des produits au petit déjeuner

Nothing I liked about this hotel

Very unprofessional staff and a terrible experience. The room that we had already checked into was given to other guests. After they assigned us a new room, the same mistake happened again. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable and made our stay extremely stressful. The staff handled the situation very poorly and showed a lack of professionalism throughout. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had due to the staff's repeated mistakes and poor handling of the situation. I would not stay here again.

Sincèrement rien … j’avais une reservation. À l’arrivée, la réception s’empresse de me faire payer le parking … et ne me dit rien sur le fait que l’air conditionné ne fonctionne pas.

Tout. Staff malhonnête.. imaginez en pleine canicule payez pour une chambre où vous passez 2 minutes parce qu’elle est à 30 degrés et à peine, un mot d’excuse et bien sûr, zéro réponse et remboursement. Une honte
