Staff was very respectful and helpful great service from staff

I was held on front desk to provide additional information, during check in. I was cantacted by office to check with them before checking out. For the same reason to enter my address on their system.

The young man at the front desk was courteous, smiling and very helpful. It was very nice to see because that usually is not the case!

The experience was great easy check in also all employees were very helpful would stay again

The rooms are very clean and very good lighting. Very comfortable bed and large great pillows!

Wonderful delicious breakfast! 10/10 recommend! Clean rooms, quiet location, great staff!

When i left, a few hours later...all the members of my family started coughing. My kids have coughed so bad that, one had to have breathing treatments. We noticed how sticky and dirty the carpet was. Honesty, i think we were exposed to black mold. As a medical professional, i knew something was wrong when ALL 4 members of my family started coughing at the same time- i even ended up with a sore throat. No one from the event we attended was sick, so I knew this was odd. The room didn't smell fresh but we were so tired. Honestly, that carpet was A 1 disgusting- sticky, black, and gross. Ive been too busy to call and repoet this. Also, i asked for additional towels when housekeeping came by. As the lady was handing me the towel, one fell on the floor IN FRONT OF ME, she picked it up and still handed it to me. I was shocked- i can imagine what happens behind closed doors if that happened in front of me. Just yuck!

I stayed for two nights and found the front desk staff to be very welcoming. The room was clean and quiet, allowing me to unwind. While the fitness room could use some improvements, I overall had a pleasant visit.

The room was clean, spotless. I would recommend this hotel 10/10
