Super Lage, alles sauber, große Zimmer. Man konnte sich super entspannen. Tolles Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl. War super lecker. Ski Piste zur Fuß erreichbar. Top

Alles war super.

Fijn verblijf voor wintersport. Ruime kamers met wellness faciliteiten. Mooie locatie naast de skilift.

Buffet diner viel iets tegen.

Accommodation was great, clean and spacious. Location is good, 10 min drive from Winterberg. Access to Spa is quite limited (12.00 to 21.00 only)

Food is really below average. Do not think you will get the food that you take on the picture. It’s very plain and not a lot of choice. Breakfast is also limited compared to to the price you pay for the stay. Staff is ok but barely speaking English but that’s something you notice in the whole Winterberg area.

The resort looks very nice. The holiday homes are well furnished and fairly modern. The views are great.

The cottage itself was not clean. Nuts from previous guests on the floor, stains on the carpet, dust and cobwebs in many areas, etc. WiFi didn’t connect to the internet at all in our cottage, even though it works fine in the lobby. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. They were pretending not to understand us by hiding behind a language barrier, while they clearly knew what was going on. We spoke to other people in the resort who had similar problems and a similar response from staff. There is not enough parking, which is only at the top of the resort. This means that you’ll be walking uphill a lot if you’re placed in the lower cottages. Almost all amenities are at the end of staircases with no elevator or ramped access, so trying to move little kids around in a stroller is a challenge. The resort is not actually in Winterberg, and there is nothing going on in the village that this resort is located in.

De locatie was echt boven verwachting! Praktisch op de piste.

Wat vooral een beetje tegenviel was de geur(stank) in de gangen en het restaurant. En het veelal onverzorgde personeel. En je kunt niet echt iets eten tussen lunch en diner.

Als wir mit unserer Familie angereist sind und unsere Zimmer bezogen haben, mussten wir feststellen, dass im Badezimmer keine Seifenflasche vorhanden war. Dies haben wir umgehend an der Rezeption gemeldet. Dort wurde uns zugesichert, dass man sich darum kümmern werde. Nachdem mehrere Stunden vergangen waren und nichts passiert war, fragten wir erneut nach. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass derzeit keine Seifenflaschen verfügbar seien und man am nächsten Tag im Lager nachsehen werde. Am darauffolgenden Tag erhielten wir – wieder erst auf Nachfrage – die Information, dass keine Seifenflaschen vorhanden seien und man uns leider nicht weiterhelfen könne. Ein solches Vorgehen ist für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse aus unserer Sicht absolut inakzeptabel. Zusätzlich mussten wir feststellen, dass die Badezimmer verschimmelt waren – und das nicht nur in einem Zimmer. Wir hatten insgesamt drei Zimmer gebucht, und in allen drei Badezimmern war deutlich sichtbarer Schimmel vorhanden. Der Schwimmbereich ist zwar optisch ansprechend gestaltet, jedoch war das Wasser extrem stark gechlort. In den Duschen des Schwimmbads waren zudem sämtliche Shampooflaschen leer. Auch das gastronomische Angebot im Hotel steht in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zum Preis. Die Speisen waren stark überteuert und qualitativ nicht überzeugend. Aus diesen Gründen können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Mooie accommodatie. Slaapkamers en woonkamer netjes. Keuken was niet alles aanwezig.
