Waterside Suites and Marina

Property and suite were clean and well equipped.

Quick overnight to do some snorkeling. Good location, very nice room, comfortable, clean, good price.

The pool was nice after a day of scuba diving. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. It’s inexpensive but the 8.8 rating and everyone giving it 10/10 is suspect. When we arrived there were a bunch of empty beer cans, cigarette butts and old towels on the deck. Just after check-in the front desk asked how things were. We informed them about the mess on the deck and they apologized, offered to move us but we agreed on just cleaning it up the next morning- three days later and a few reminders it’s still there. Getting coffee was a similar process but after several walks down to the front office and some e-mails I finally got some coffee for the room’s coffee maker as well as a soap dispenser for the shower which was empty. The hotel was mostly empty - they gave me the room that was as far away from the stairs as possible. The furniture down stairs was stained and worn. Keep in mind you will need to climb 1 flight of stairs to get to your living room/kitchen and another steep flight of stairs to get to the bedroom. The front offices smelled like marijuana. There is a kitchenette which was nice but very limited utensils, pots, dishes etc. Everyone seemed to be nice but unable to solve simple problems. It’s low priced and I’m a budget traveler, but I will try somewhere else next time.

Convenient to stay after travelling with a boat. Parking was good and walked to a decent restaurant, Docksiders. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Would stop there again.

Perfect location for diving at Rainbow Reef. We loved the patio overlooking the canal.

Nice location, quiet place, pets allowed, plenty of parking, very comfortable room with kitchen and balcony.

Great stay in key largo, right on the canals. Great kitchen, so much space with the upstairs and downstairs. Pool was solid day & night. Will be staying again
