The location place and staff is very nice n helpfull

The rooms are not well equipped and not as per 5 ⭐ luxury property. The food is just ok .. Not much choice and the restaurant set up is not upgraded .it's very laid back

Great location, close to a beautiful and largely deserted beach. Hotel arranged a great transfer from GOI airport for a reasonable cost. The staff are great, trying very hard to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant and breakfasts were very good.

The rooms are tired and dated. The beds and bedding are not as booking.com advertise (and charge £££) as five star. To be fair to the hotel, they don’t call themselves 5* - it’s the platform. We checked out ten days early, because we couldn’t sleep because of poor beds, bad soundproofing and very loud parties.

the hotel is clearly not a 5 star as positioned on Booking ! It is not even a 4 star. W had booked for 4 nights and after the first night we left to a nearby hotel, rated 4 star and much much better ! Don't go there, or at least don't pay before you see it. The manager told us he understood our decision to change hotel but finally they did not reimburse for the 3 nights.
