Personal gut bis sehr gut. Frühstück Auswahl ist ausreichend. Hotel könnte mal wieder insgesamt eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Wenn ich wieder mal in der Nähe bin, werde ich da wieder übernachten.

Wir haben dieses Hotel vom 03.10.2024-06.10.2024 wegen seiner 4 Sterne und den sehr gut abgebildeten und beschriebenen Zimmer gebucht. Das war weit gefehlt. Wir bekamen an der Rezeption unser Zimmer. Als wir es betraten waren wir geschockt. Es hatte nix mit dem zu tun was im Internet angeboten wird. Wir bekamen ein zwei Zimmer Appartement welches eigentlich für Familie gedacht wäre ( wenn es in Ordnung ist) . Das erste Zimmer mit Doppelbett hatte zwei große Balkontüren welche mit Metall-Bleche zugeschraubt waren,man könnte sie nicht öffnen. Das zweite Zimmer mit einem Bett war ein Durchgangszimmer. Von dort gelangte man ins Bad. in diesem Zimmer gab es zwar Lichtschalter aber nicht einer funktionierte. Das hieß also im Dunkeln zum Bad. Das Bad hatte ein Fenster mit Gardinen welche so schmutzig waren,Man traute sich gar nicht es anzufassen um zu öffnen. Es war einfach nur ekelhaft . An der Rezeption sagte man uns man könnte nix machen. Wir sollen eine Mail an die Rezeption schicken,sie leiten diese dann weiter. Am nächsten Morgen waren wir wieder bei der Rezeption und schilderten unser Anliegen. Darauf hin wurde uns gesagt das es unverständlich sei wie so wir dieses Zimmer bekommen haben,es ist eigentlich gesperrt wegen der Fenster. Die Mitarbeiterin hat sich dann bemüht uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. Wir waren froh aus den schmutzigen Zimmer zu kommen. Dieses Hotel ist auf keinem Fall 4 Sterne wert. Es führt kein Weg über einen Preisnachlass. Ein Frühstück wurde uns erl
