Zimmer waren etwas veraltet. Das Bedienungspersonal im Restaurant war unaufmerksam und hatte wenig bis keine Ahnung vom angebotenen Wein

Fernseher könnte etwas größer sein

Quiet room, great service, good breakfast, good underground parking, dog-friendly (they had prepared a dog bed, food and a water bowl - really nice), clean, good wifi. Will come back again.

Bed was not that comfortable: old mattress a bit sunken, old pillows that were too flat (but we received extra pillows after asking). The room is missing electrical sockets near the bed (only one on each side, but they are at floor level and used for the bedside lamp, so if you need to use it, you have no more light on bedside). Lighting of the room in general could be improved (only 1 wall light in the entrance, 1 small lamp on desk, 2 small ones on bedside). Nice bathroom but in the shower the rather large tray for holding shampoo bottles etc is weirdly located, in the middle of the shower space, in the middle of the wall, so when you shower you bump into it all the time. It would have been so easy and convenient to place it on the same wall as the shower head. I hope this can be fixed. Hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays :( For such a large hotel, it is surprising that that can not manage a way to have it open every day for guests, especially that the choices for food in the neighbourhood are very limited: just a kebab shop within walking distance. On first morning, the breakfast room was absolutely 100% filled with people from a tour group, there was no regular table left to sit down and have breakfast, we had to make do with some armchairs and a low coffee table in a corner.

Gutes Hotel mit für uns idealer Lage. Zimmer ok. Personal freundlich. Frühstück abwechslungsreich.

Es ist schön, dass es eine Hotelbar gibt. Leider lässt die Bierauswahl zu wünschen übrig: Nur Urpils ab Hahn und Flasche - für Nichtsaarländer kaum trinkbar. Eine grössere Bierauswahl wäre nicht zuviel verlangt.
