"Bedden vol met bedwantsen & hotel naast een AZC"

Vriendelijk personeel. Toen ik bij de receptie meldde dat ik meerdere bedwantsen had aangetroffen, reageerde de nachtbewaker er behulpzaam. Hij bood een ander hotel aan om te boeken en legde direct uit dat we de volgende dag contact konden opnemen met het hotel om geld terug te vragen. Hij was erg zorgzaam naar de kinderen. Vriendelijke man.

Ik heb meerdere bedwantsen in de bedden van beide kamers aangetroffen. Na deze ontdekking hebben we het hotel direct verlaten. De meest gore ervaring dat ik ooit in een hotel heb mee gemaakt. Lees voordat je boekt - ook eerdere reviews. Meerdere gasten klagen over bedwantsen en het hotel zegt zelfs op 10 januari dat ze een ongedierte-bedrijf hebben laten checken en dat er niets was aangetroffen. Op 3 mei is er wéér een review geplaatst. Zie ook mijn foto's van 30 mei. Super smerig! We hebben onze tassen weer ingepakt en zijn met het gezin (vermoeid) door naar huis gereden. Ik wacht nog op mijn geld retour. Ze geven als eerste reactie aan dat ze eerst een onafhankelijk onderzoek willen laten uitvoeren. Terwijl ik alle foto's en video's heb. Daar is geen onderzoek voor nodig.
