"Didn't rest as well as wished."

Breakfast was excellent.

Noise, $25 fee per room for incidentals. Not sure if the little facial bar of soap was going to cost $25 as I couldn't see that anything else other than toilet paper would be an extra charge. The room itself was pretty pricey.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us! Free soda and water when we asked where we could buy some. We asked if the breakfast would be available the next morning before the usual 6 am, because we had to meet our fishing guides at 6:00, and the told us they would make up some sack breakfasts for us to go! In the morning they opened early AND still gave us sacks of fruit, yogurt, muffins and juice! Service with a smile is still the norm in Montrose, CO.

"Midrange, Excellent Hotel"

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Front desk lady was efficient and had me checked in quickly. The room was clean, quiet and everything worked properly in the room. Breakfast was very good. Good place to stay in Montrose.

The breakfast was decent. The hotel was clean.

A better fruit selection would be nice at breakfast, the hotel was very expensive for the area. No water allowed in the pool area, please add water if that is going to remain the rule.
