Het bad en de locatie.

Om 15 u konden we nog niet inchecken omdat de kamer niet klaar was. Balen na een lange reis. Toen we uiteindelijk boven kwamen was het alsnog niet klaar en moesten we alsnog 10 minuten op de gang blijven staan wachten van een ontzettend onvriendelijke onbeschofte schoonmaak mevrouw. Ook was er snachts een uur lang geschreeuw op de gang van een dronken man die op alle kamerdeuren bonkte. Mijn dochter vond dit midden in de nacht behoorlijk eng. Waar was het personeel? Ook werd dit met afrekenen niet netjes gecompenseerd.

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend des Personal. Sehr bequeme Betten.

Leider alles schon in die Jahre gekommen und eine nicht sehr intuitiv bedienbar Klimaanlage.

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend; Das rollstuhlgerechte Zimmer war recht geräumig; Betten und Matratzen gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat bei Fragen direkt reagiert. Parkmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend vorhanden, wenn auch recht teuer.

Das einzig Negative war das "rollstuhlgerechte" Badezimmer. Hier gab es nicht ausreichend Platz bei der Toilette (Badezimmertür konnte nicht geschlossen werden, wenn Rollstuhl vor der Toilette stand); Duschstuhl falsch platziert. Hier klebt Duschvorhang an den Beinen, da überhaupt kein Platz zwischen Stuhl und Vorhang ist. Besser Stuhl an der gleichen Wand wie Dusche installieren. Insgesamt wurden m.E. die vorgesehenen Regelung für "rollstuhlgerecht" nicht eingehalten(Wendemöglichkeiten etc.).
