the hotel is ungoing changing of ownership the new owner had renovated the hotel quite nicely compare the first time i visit this hotel.. maybe it was just renovated rooms are nicely done except the swimming pool is gone and the breakfast still need improvements. overall is worth the money.

Aircond in room was not cold enough, even after complaints no improvement.

only negative was the security deposit took a little long to come back to me apart from that it was above average

Hotel is gedateerd en aan een flinke renovatie toefenen. De kamers zijn niet echt schoon te noemen douche veroudert en vies. Enige goed aan hotel is de ligging en het hulpvaardig personeel. Iets te duur voor de staat van hotel. Voor een of twee nachten als door reis is het net goed genoeg. Ontbijt was matig en niet erg uitgebreid, alleen reist of noodles.

The hotel location is great as the famous restaurant is nearby.Counter service is fast, But disappointed with the bathroom in the room.where the bathing water was flooded in the bathroom.On the 2nd day we request to change to another room but the same problem occured.Hope the management take it seriously into this matter as last year we encountered the same problem.

When I am staying there around 1 am opposite my room wart flow n about 6 rooms was flooded at 9th floor. I have to call them to request for change of room. They dun take the initiative to ask the affected hotel guests to change room. What a bad service of the hotel. Will not stay there again and as well as I will infd my friends not to stay in this hotel.

We were there for a quick stopover and the place did the job for the price. Bed was comfy and clean rooms and friendly staff in general. The only issue we had was organising transport from the porters. They wanted to charge us 10 times the cost to the airport than we paid for the same route getting too the hotel. Clearly wanted their 'cut'. We asked for assistance from the hotel staff but got no support. Should only cost 50,000 IRP not 500,000!! We ended up going onto the street and organising our own, but because of the delay almost missed our flight.

In general, the room was good and comfortable. I liked the gym and swimming pool. The staffs were polite. However, they do not speak good English. The breakfast was below average and I would rather eat elsewhere. Medan is a small town and very near to the airport. By taking Blue Bird taxi, it will cost you about Rp15,000 to Rp20,000. At the main road, just keep right and walk straight, the hotel is within 8 to 10 mins walking distance to the Medan Plaza Fair. You can also walk to Sun Plaza (about 20 mins but will suggest you to take a taxi).

I would not use this hotel again. I changed my 4 day booking to 6 days as I had to arrive a couple of days earlier. F or the last 3 days of my stay there was no hot water to my room, and any complaints seemed to fall on disinterested people.
