"de plus en plus moyen"

la climatisation de la chambre est très froide et ne se règle pas. La salle du petit déjeuner était extrêmement bruyante avec des clients qui écoutent des vidéos et les informations sans oreillettes et à très fort volume sonore (manque de correction complète trois matins consécutifs!)

établissement en très mauvais état, aucun entretien petit déjeuner et déjeuner sans choix je ne comprends pas qu’un tel établissement soit classé 4*, c’est lamentable le seul point positif est l’amabilité du personnel

Property was under construction and smelled like dead fish!

Under construction it was dangerous wood was rotted by the pool you could fall in!

L'établissement est dans un etat catastrophique que ca soit structures intérieures et extérieures. L'étage et ma chambre sentaient l'ammoniaque, même mes affaires en étaient imprégnées a mon retour.
