"No Wifi in the room."

Hotel feels little outdated. You could smell moisture in the corridors and the room. Bed was comfortable but it would be nice to have different choice of pillows. Big plus was that it was quiet. Breakfast is basic but good. Staff speaks English and there was no problems in communication. Biggest drawback is Wifi, no coverage in the room. And there is no cable connection either. Not good if you travel for business.

"The only reasonable hotel."

Cayenne does not boast any good hotels. Montabo, former Novotel, is probably the best available one. Is it also the only hotel situated next to the beach. Staff are friendly, facility is pleasant. Food is good.

"Bien mais attention à ne pas rester sur ses acquis"

Belles prestations - Belle chambre. 2 bémols : - Le réseau wifi est catastrophique (Impossible de travailler via internet!!!) - La chambre au bout du couloir ne capte pas internet (du tout, encore moins que les autres!!!). Je retourne vers la réception pour leur demander de changer de chambre et on me répond : "Bah oui, mais c'est comme ça". Belle réponse pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles!!!!! Dommage qu'il faille monter le son pour avoir une chambre avec internet (enfin, si on peut appeler ça, avoir internet!!!) Navrant d'entendre ce discours quand on sait le prix que l'on paie pour une chambre.....

When in France, speak french. Personeel spreekt heel weinig of gebrekkig engels maar is zeker van goede wil. Ruim opgezet verouderd hotel maar in nieuw jasje gestoken. Bus halte voor de deur.

J ai du demander a changer de chambre car pas de coffre fort dans la chambre hotel prevu complet. J ai pu avoir une chambre superieur avec balcon grace a.Christele receptionniste tres professionnelle. Petit dejeuner tres bon avec meme du poisson et du poulet car disponible jusqu a 12h30.

"Baisse de la qualité-trés cher - bon l'emplacement"

Baisse de la qualités des services, l'hôtel n'a pas diminué ses prix par contre a diminué sa carte du restaurant, la propreté des salles d'accueil et petit déjeuner ne sont pas très propres, le personnel passe mais ferme les yeux sur ce qui traine par terre. Nous avons assisté aux querelles du personnel à 3 reprises lors de notre petit déjeuner. L'accueil à notre arrivée a été peu chaleureuse, on avait l'impression de déranger; Très déçu par rapport à nos séjours précèdent dans ce même hôtel.
