Paper/card Cups for hot tea and coffee were provided inthe room. When filled with hot liquid these deform in the hand to the extent that there is a high risk of scalding water pouring over the person holding the cup. A safer alternative needs to be considered.

Il nostro piano era in lieno ristruutirazione secondo me potevano evitare a darci la camera in quella zona

It was clean and rather new (or well maintained) with a very good location

There was no safe or fridge at the room - which was quite weird for me for a 4 star hotel... The staff did agree to store our things in a common safe and common fridge, but it wasn't as convenient like in your own room

Comfortable bed. Good parking. Close to supermarkets.

Paper cups & wooden sticks for drinks in room with very few teabags. Had to ask for shower wash as dispenser was empty. Room was fairly small and aircon was set too high without the ability to adjust so was very hot. Insufficient pillows for comfort. Altogether a bit lacking.
