Les prestations proposées sont de qualité : L'organisation des journées sur les animations, la gestion du spa, l'accueil à l'arrivée, les explications fournies sur le fonctionnement de l'établissement. le cadre est exceptionnel, les pièces de vie sont agréables et bien aménagées on s'y sent bien. Doivent etre améliorées : l'accueil à la restauration - la personne n'est pas toujours présente pour vous placer, l'attente est qq fois longue et la queue s'allonge ! L'amabilité n'est pas toujours là - personne sèche - Les soirs d'affluence, il y a vite panique à bord : buffet mal reassorti, attente entre 2 plats trop longue, il a fallu rappelé 2 fois pour réclamer son vin, l'obtenir à mauvaise température et s'entendre répondre que les glacons rafraîchiraient ce dernier...effectivemenr au dessert ! Pas top la formation et la connaissance au pays du vin !

Quelques jours très agréables, avec une chambre confortable (chauffage réglable en fonction du besoin), des prestations très appréciables avec repas sur place au Lounge ou au restaurant (Brunch le dimanche qui permet de faire une vraie grasse matinée). Et accès idéal à la thalasso pour des soins à la carte, ou à la plage pour belle balade

Hôtel agréable, les espaces sont spacieux dans l''hôtel ou a l'extérieur. Proche de la mer à pied. Piscine et Spa très agréable même s'il y a du monde. Par contre nous avions un Duplex, espace étroit heureusement que nous n'y venions que pour dormir. Je ne conseille pas de prendre le repas du soir, le repas est correct mais ne vaut pas 27€, 16 € serait plus raisonnable (surtout que tout n'est pas fait maison à mon avis tarte tatin ??).

Chambre vu sur les Salines. Accueil très agréable et le spa était au top de nos attentes

Very busy this weekend because it was bank holiday. Still good value, towels are lovely and fluffy!! Think we may have had an upgrade!

We was disappointed with hotel moved rooms as ours was very old fashioned, moved to a more modern room but very small. Hotel seemed to be a detox hotel everyone was in the spa having treatments and eating at hotel, calories on the menu and in bed by 10 not really a holiday hotel we didn't feel but close for walking into the little town which was very nice. Also quiet a smell of sewerage and my patio had bird muck on one of the chairs which was never cleaned !!

I’ve been coming to Carnac for around 35 years. This is the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel. I’ve also been to Spa’s all over Europe. This spa hotel is pretty good. It’s not cheap and the spa is lovely (not exceptional) and the rooms small but considering it’s location I think I will return. If the breakfast was included in the price it would be 5/5. Considering how difficult accommodation is to find in Carnac I’m impressed and would recommend it. The room was advertised as double plus two single - and as I was travelling with my son it was disappointing to be told the room detail was wrong and we ended up with a double bed. The extractor fan from the kitchen was noisy all night also which did spoil the stay quite a bit. Air con is average - but the room had a fridge which was a welcome surprise. All in all 3.5 / 5 from me

The pool needs a lot of repairs. The room we had this time was very small. The breakfast is good value for money
