L'hôtel est très propre et très bien décoré, l'accueil est super ! Rien a redire ... La chose la plus importante c'est de bien préciser s'il y a la climatisation ou pas sur Hotel.com Déception à l'arrivée, sans climatisation avec les fortes chaleurs. C'est un choix important lors de la réservation d'une chambre ! Sur d'autres sites, ce filtre est mentionné....

Impossible d'annuler la réservation pour la seconde nuit alors que je me suis trompé de ville. Même Hotels.com a été surpris que la personne de l'accueil refuse l'annulation après avoir proposé à l'hôtel le remboursement de tous les frais liés à ma réservation. Plus de 400km juste pour dormir 2 nuits (merci l'emprunte carbone), et un hôtel de plus sur la liste de noire de l'entreprise, merci Ibis !

"Hotel bien placé pour visiter Lorient "

L’hôtel IBIS Lorient est bien placé pour visiter Lorient et les environs en voiture. Du fait de sa proximité du centre de Lorient et de la voix rapide. Le petit déjeuner est savoureux.
