"Ein hervorragendes Hotel mit hohen Preisen"

Zimmer komfortabel, aber Lüfter im Bad war defekt. Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich. Viele Parkplätze.

"Prettig, lekker, en aangenaam."

Het diner was heel erg lekker ! Maar het ontbijt ook. De goede parkeergelegenheid. Onderweg naar het volgende hotel werden we gebeld dat er een rugzak was blijven staan .10 dagen laten op de terugweg konden we hem langshalen !! Dank, dank !!

"Warm room. Airco not functionibg"

Booked 1 room for 3. Single bed was a rock-hard sofa. So we booked an extra room for our son at €134. Then we noticed that our air conditioning wasn't working. The newly booked room was nice and cool. Reported this to reception and asked for another room. No, said the guy, it was just the air conditioning light that wasn't on, it works perfectly fine. Slept poorly; very hot and humid air in the room. We did have a nice meal in the restaurant in the evening, though. All in all, 2 x €134 room, 3 x breakfast at €19.90, and dinner at €110 spent quite a lot for one night of poor sleep. No more Novotel next year.

"Prima, op doorreis naar het zuiden en terug, ideaal hotel"

Hôtel parfait 8 sur 10. Le restaurant pour le dîner et petit déjeuner le repas et le petit déjeuner 2 sur 10. Le personnel pour le dîner 8 sur 10. Le personnel pour le petit déjeuner 2 sur 10.

Restaurant vraiment nul, rien de bon…aujourd’hui nous sommes au Novotel de Valence sud nous sommes à l’instant au restaurant et bien vous avez tout à apprendre. Envoyez votre personnel de cuisine en formation.
