"Je ne retournerais plus dans cette hôtel"

Même pas une bouteille d eau . Boîtede mouchoir vide . Poussière. Petit déjeuner vraiment très simple pas grand chose . Soit madeleine artisanale de Nancy avec étiquette après avoir demandé au barman cela était industriel.

"Immer wieder gutes Hotel zur Übernachtung auf der Durchreise!"

Lage an der Autobahn perfekt, Pool und Gartenterasse sehr schön, Hunde willkommen , sehr gute Küche im Restaurant , Frühstück sehr gut.,Es fehlt an nichts.Abgeschlossener Parkplatz! Wir kommen regelmäßig wieder!

Es könnten anstelle von Pappbechern Glasbecher im Bad und an der Kaffeebar Tassen stehen und eine volle Wasserflasche wäre toll. Aber alles nicht tragisch..

"Modernes Hotel, strategisch nah an der Autobahn, sauber"

Modern eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich.

Aufgrund einer Hochzeitsfeier sehr laut bis in die Nacht. Nur Badewanne mit Dusche, kein barrierefreier Einstieg. Einstellen des Duschkopfes schwierig. Frühstück aufgrund der Feier keine freie Platzwahl. Platz wurde angewiesen, man saß sehr nah an den anderen Leuten.

"Hartstikke goed hotel om, als je op doorreis bent, gewoon lekker te verblijven. Prima hotel."

alles ok, locatie niet je vam het maar wel lekker langs snelweg

Eigenlijk beviel alles wel aan de locatie. Dus ik kan niet echt iets opnoemen wat niet beviel. Behalve dan de locatie. Die is een heel klein beetje, zoals in Frankrijk in grote steden. En klaarblijkelijk bij Novo Hotel altijd aan een industrieterrein. Maar wel erg lekker dicht bij de snelweg. Dus als je op doorreis bent, is het een prima hotel om te boeken.

"waardeloos.....ik kom hier niet meer."

eigenlijk niks.

Alles. Ontbijt stopte om 09.30 uur extreem vroeg (alles werd weggehaald) voor een toeristen-doorgang-hotel. Iedereen klaagde erover te vroeg. Tijdens het douchen op de kamer liep het water niet/nauwelijks weg resultaat water in de badkamer over de vloer. erg stom/vervelend. waterstroom gestopt met handdoeken. Natte voeten in de kamer. Stom. Daarnaast waren de gordijnen bij binnenkomst in de kamer nog dicht. (19 u). Buiten lagen op een randje nog peuken. De kamer was propvol met nog een grote slaapbank ofzo. Stroomtanken (4 plekken) was vol en de auto's bleven er de hele avond/nacht gewoon staan. Dat alles gemeld bij de receptie / excuses / kon er af. Dit was de eerste en de laatste keer. Novotel onwaardig. Hotels in de buurt voldoende ? het wordt voortaan Hotel Lorraine (eerder goede ervaring). Ik ben benieuwd of ik (als trouwe klant) nog een reactie krijg van Novotel ?? Ik heb foto's voor eventueel bewijs.

Locatie, personeel, bedden, eten, zwembad allemaal goed.

Helaas waren de opladers voor auto bezet. Gelukkig in de buurt ruim aanbod.
