"Vraiment très mécontente."

Lors de la réservation de 5 chambres avec autant de dîners et de petits déjeuners une empreinte de carte bancaire a été faite. Aucun débit n'a été effectué mais par contre la facture a été envoyé à une autre association ce qui nous mis en difficulté. L'hôtel c'est permis de prendre une carte bancaire d'un bénévole qui a été débité sur son compte personnel 15 jours après le séjour. Malgré la demande d'un geste commercial l'hôtel n'a rien proposé si ce n'ai de revenir séjourner chez lui. En aucun je ne retournerai dans cet hôtel.

"Very basic night stop en route from Switzerland"

The staff were kind and helpful, even though they were clearly expected to carry out more than one function. The receptionist had to race between the check-in desk and the bar.

The room was extremely basic, having no facilities for making tea or coffee. In this respect it was inferior even to the Campanile I stayed at the following night.
