L'hôtel est bien placé dans une zone commericale avec restaurants à proximité du Futuroscope. Le personnel est courtois, très amical et les espaces communs agréables.
Chaleur etouffante dans la chambre. La climatisation centralisée mettrait une semaine à s'enclencher. La problématique etant connue depuis plusieurs années il aurait été correct de prévenir les clients sur booking ou le site officiel afin qu'ils puissent avoir tout les éléments avant de réserver, a 35 degrés à l'exterieur on pensait dormir au frais comme indiqué dans la reservation nous avons au contraire eu une nuit compliquée. Une annulation a été proposée mais arrivée tardive avec des enfants déjà fatigués d'un long voyage, difficile de changer d'hôtel une fois installé. J'aurai pas pris la même decision si j'avais eu l'information avant. De plus on trouve que le comfort est très standard notament les oreillers.

Sympathique, confortable, impeccable et agréable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est varié et copieux. Le personnel est très aimable et propose des remises dans 3 restaurants proches. Nous avons essayé ProfuZion et n’avons pas été déçues. 5 grands buffets, variété et fraîcheur, et … à profusion ! Merci pour cet excellent accueil !
L’établissement est vers le Futuroscope, mais pas très proche, il faut une voiture. Pas très facile à trouver la 1ere fois, car dans une zone commerciale de périphérie, dissimulé derrière « la Boucherie » (bien visible, elle, depuis la route.)
