Best location just around the corner for the telepherique and Jardin d’alpin beginner area Staff very helpful especially Aimen

Ski shop clothes are expensive Not very luxurious but we had the best time ever

The location good for the slopes. Spectacular views. But the staff are by far the best asset of this hotel. Everyone of them from the managers right through the hotel. All the staff were the most efficient charming kind respectful and helpful. Whether it be parking my car, food, room service, cleaning, booking restaurants, advice or local knowledge. I have a problem with steps but they helped me with safe ways in and out of the hotel. They even helped with finding and organising an optician when my husband broke his glasses. I have stayed in many hotels but the staff here surpassed themselves.

No walk in shower. Only over bath shower.
