Das Frühstück war gut. Der große tv war auch gut. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett.

Es gat kein service an der Bar,grade beim deutschland spiel hätte man was machen können. Dad Bettlaken war dreckig und auf dem zimmer war es zu warm, da es keine Klimaanlage gab.

Unfortunately, my stay ended on a very disappointing note due to the hotel’s handling of an emergency. Around midnight, all guests were evacuated outside because of an alarm and had to remain there until about 3:00 AM. The staff told us we would receive a complimentary breakfast as compensation for the disruption. However, when I went for breakfast, I was told it had already ended. No one had informed me about the breakfast hours, especially considering we had been awake in the middle of the night for several hours due to the emergency. I then asked if there was any other form of compensation or at least a discount, but my concerns were simply ignored. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the situation, and no customer service. I understand that emergencies happen and they are not always the hotel’s fault. What is the hotel’s responsibility is how guests are treated afterward. Unfortunately, in my case, that was handled very poorly.

Wir haben dieses Mal nach vielen Jahren vom Intercity ins Achat gewechselt, und waren begeistert. Auch in Zukunft werden wir hier wohnen. Der Haarfön im Zimmer war zwar defekt, aber weil wir das auch von anderen Hotels kennen, habe ich immer meinen eigenen mit.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Location is awesome, breakfast was really good and they were happy to store our bikes and bags before check-in. Really liked the bottled water self service and the lovely staff

Heavy doors might be hard to open for some and the lifts were slow-ish

J’ai dû attendre plus d’une heure et demi avant que l’on m’envoie le bon code pour accéder à l’établissement. C’est le seul point négatif.

Przemiła obsługa, pyszne śniadania, przyjemne, dobrze wyposażone pokoje, doskonała lokalizacja jako punkt przesiadkowy przy podróżach koleją, jednocześnie bardzo blisko centrum.

We have stayed only one night, but the stay was comfortable. The booked room has not been cleaned from previous guests, but the receptionist was very helpful and immediately found a replacement.

The second room didn't have air conditioning, but a fan had been placed.
