"We have always stopped here on our way from uk to our home in Italy but I think we may give it a miss in the future."

It’s a convenient stop off the A26 & used it before a few times known as the Golden Tulip & the restaurant then was always good.

The hotel itself is ok but the restaurant was hot & the service poor. We had to wait ages for the order to be taken & we had eaten our first course before the drinks arrived. The staff seemed stressed 😩 The room was ok & fortunately the food was good.
