If you’re not looking for anything fancy this is the spot for you. It’s central to everything & the property is quiet. The staff is also all very friendly. The food on the property is also really good.

No pude viajar por un problema con la aerolínea pero no me permitieron cancelar la reserva, nunca llegué al hotel como me pueden pedir feedback de un servicio que no use… podrían haberme considerado una penalidad pero no el full price de la reserva

Everybody was amazing even this keeps what the old Novo is zero complains. Doña Veronica is the best housekeeper and the people in the front desk and restaurant as well.
