Novotel Amiens Pôle Jules Verne

Sehr ruhig und zur Zwischenübernachtung gut gelegen.

Da wir im Hotel schon mehrmals waren müssen wir nun das was vor Jahren schon von anderen bemängelt wurde auch benennen. Die 4 Sterne und der Preis sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Haus muß endlich renoviert werden. Z.b. Bodenbelege und Bäder um die 4 Sterne gerecht zu werden. Das Hotel allgemein ist mit seinem Pool und Lage unweit der Autobahn schon o.k. Und wir werden weiterhin dieses Hotel wählen und empfehlen.

Room was a bit sad. Old carpet marked, old paint chipping sad and tired . No USB charging point certainly no usb c charging only two plug points only one by bed . Noisy air con. Lights going off in the room alone!

Room was good, clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff and patient as room key didnt work every time we wanted to get in the room so had to keep being reset. Electric charging points were good and fast and nice to have free parking.

Hotel looks a little dated from the outside but very pleasant on the inside. Breakfast was not a great selection, signs everywhere saying you will be charged 5Euro if you waste food was a bit much. Could have been a better selection for the price. Surprised that the outdoor pool was so cold in the middle of August.

La moquette est sale. Il y avait une fuite d’eau dans notre chambre. Vous devez faire des travaux car vous avez un prix de séjour très élevé

I would not have recognised this Novotel from the photos. It was in terrible condition and part of it looked like it may be undergoing renovation. If so, long overdue I would say as decor was from 70's. Dreadful stains on the carpets in common areas and room; cracked tiles on bathroom floor; 'sweaty' bed and upon investigation it was that the sheet was simply ontop of two paper, plastic covered mattress protectors; limescale caked shower head; stained sink; hole in door; view from my room was particularly uninspiring. Staff, however, were great, breakfast good. But it really was not worth the price paid.
