"Völlig überteuert und stark in die Jahre gekommen – Keine Empfehlung"

Als Außendienstmitarbeiter mit rund 100 Hotelübernachtungen im Jahr bin ich viel unterwegs und kann Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisse sehr gut einschätzen. Dieses Hotel war leider eine absolute Enttäuschung. Für 165 € pro Nacht – dieser Preis kam durch einen völlig überzogenen Aufschlag von 60 € für eine Aufbettung zustande – erwartet man einen vernünftigen Standard. Die Realität sieht leider anders aus: Das Hotel liegt ziemlich ab vom Schuss und ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und die Matratzen waren derart durchgelegen, dass an einen erholsamen Schlaf nach einem langen Arbeitstag nicht zu denken war. Bei diesem Preisniveau stimmt die Relation einfach nicht mehr. Zum Vergleich: In Häusern wie dem Scheelehof zahle ich 147 € inklusive Aufbettung und habe für weniger Geld sogar noch einen Spa-Bereich im Preis inbegriffen. Fazit: Für den fehlenden Komfort und die veraltete Ausstattung ist das Hotel maßlos überteuert. Ich werde hier definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.

Etwas außerhalb, aber direkt an Tram und S-Bahn. Kostenloses Parken in der Nähe möglich. Riesiges Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Top: sehr geräumiges Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Und Skybar mit tollem Blick über Berlin.

Das dritte Bett in der Suite war ein klappriges Faltbett. Das habe ich schon besser gelöst gesehen, z. B. mit einem komfortablen Ausziehsofa.

Das Zimner war überraschend sehr groß. Leider war der Teppichboden alt, fleckig. Sehr schade, denn insgesamt war das Erscheingsbild gut. Das Bad war auch groß, aber auch nicht neuwertig. Der Wasserhahn in der Dusche fiel schon auseinander. Eigentlich top gelegen, neben dem Einkaufscenter. Der Bäcker Junge bietet dort ein sehr gutes Frühstück an.

Renovierung dringend notwendig. Frühstück zu teuer. Sitzmöglichkeiten könnten netter gestaltet werden.
