Das Personal am Empfang ist wirklich zu jeder Zeit nett und zuvorkommend Auf Wünsche wird sofort eingegangen

Wir waren vor 20 Jahren das erste mal in diesem Hotel (da war es noch Raddison Blu) und man muss leider sagen, das sich seitdem nicht viel verändert hat. Ganz im Gegenteil sogar, die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist mittlerweile echt in die Jahre gekommen. Die Teppiche sollten mal erneuert werden. Das Frühstück ist vergleichbar mit jedem anderen normalen Hotel. Also meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich 4 Sterne.

Das Essen war sehr gut und das Frühstücksbuffet immer schnell aufgefüllt sodass immer genug da war für alle Gäste.

Die Fotos im Internet entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Aussehen. Als wir ankamen dachte ich, ich stehe vor einer Flüchtlingsunterkunft. Aber von innen war es schön. Die Inneneinrichtung des Zimmers war staubig. Alles in allem war ich enttäuscht und fahre da nicht wieder hin.

Die Zimmer weisen deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen auf. Die Matratze total durchgelegen. Das Hotel buche ich (50-75 Hotelübernachtungen pro Jahr) nicht wieder.
