The room sink was not draining. Beds were not very clean. Staff were not attentive. Tables were not clean.

Everyone was so friendly from reception to catering and bar staff.it could not have been better.
Great location, very beautiful
This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. I have stayed several times now and really enjoyed my stays at the hotel. There is one improvement that that hotel could do and that’s have usb ports in the rooms this is a minor issue as overall the hotel is excellent.
This castle is so beautiful, registration was easy, Men running around in kilts was amazing, afternoon tea, the bistro for dinner, but the breakfast!!!!! The breakfast is fabulous, I love European breakfasts they now how to do it correctly.
It felt like what you would expect Scotland to be like.
Beautiful facility that I wish I had stayed more than one night at. So much to see and do. Loch Lomond is absolutely stunning.
We went with family. Had 4 rooms. Loved every second. Would have loved to stay longer. The service, staff, room, grounds, hotel itself, lake, food, pool were seriously fantastic.
Beautiful hotel in a stunning setting, excellent customer service, great variety of activities, food and drink. From the valet parking by the friendliest team (special mention to Douglas!), Jill at reception and all the staff we met, we felt truly welcomed and comfortable. If you aren't booked on to all the activities, you can make up a full day touring the grounds, enjoying the leisure facilities and the various bars and restaurants like we did. Whilst we didn't do any formal dining in the restaurant, the Boat House was an excellent choice for casual food on the loch followed by room service later on in the evening (burgers were great). Thanks again to the team for our birthday cocktails that we enjoyed in the Scots bar. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices. Genuinely can't wait to come back!
