"Lovely Hotel, right in the center of Santander, very comfortable and clean and Pet friendly."

The location is fantastic, close to the port and a lot of bars and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is great with a lovely shower. I really liked the complimentary coffee making facilities, especially the Nespresso Machine.

As we were travelling with our pet it wasn't possible to use the dining facilities, and there doesn't appear to be a bar where we could get a drink. The garage and car park are great however the spaces are extremely small for our SUV.

Central location, very convenient beds, very nice staff, modern style, I would stay again in this hotel during my next visits! Even I got early check-in at 9 am in the morning, which was a great service after a long flight

The room is spacious. The bathroom is clean and has comfy towels and nice shampoo, gel, body lotion. There are tea and coffee facilities and a well-stocked minibar. The AC works well, the TV is good, the beds are comfy and there is a small balcony. The elevator is a bit too small and there is no peephole on the door and no safety latch.

There is no full body length mirror in the room and the safe is too small to store a laptop.
