La ubicación muy buena. El personal amable. Almohada cómoda. Desayuno bueno.

No tuve limpieza ningún día. El primer día apareció una cucaracha enorme. El recepcionista la mató y se llevó el cuerpo. Dijo que lo reportaría. Y nunca más se pusieron en contacto. Colchones que se hunden.

"Very disappointed. The property looks beautiful and clean in the online photos, but the reality is completely different."

Very disappointing experience. The photos are misleading – everything looks clean and nice online, but the room was dirty upon arrival. The carpet, shower, and bed sheets were all unclean. Definitely not what was advertised. They provided us ,,better room” but it was dirty anyway. We had to leave the hotel without the refund.

Quarto com com cheiro de mofo, banheira encardida, no momento do check-in não havia ninguém na recepção, tivemos que aguardar por cerca de 20 min. Contratamos dia´rias com café de manhã e não nos foi concebido.
