My stay at Knights Inn Allentown was very disappointing. The customer service was poor from the beginning. Whenever I asked the front desk staff a question, the response was simply, "I don't know," which was both unhelpful and unprofessional. Another major issue was the breakfast. When I made my reservation, breakfast was included as part of the booking. However, just one day before my trip, I received an email stating that breakfast had been canceled. This was frustrating because I specifically chose the hotel based on the amenities advertised at the time of booking. The room itself was also in poor condition. It appeared outdated and not well maintained, which made the stay uncomfortable and far below my expectations. Overall, between the rude customer service, the last-minute cancellation of advertised amenities, and the poor condition of the rooms, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

It was ok for the price no complaints...

There was only one cup. My tv wouldn't work. Had to have staff come fix it.

AC wasn’t working, appliances were old and not in good condition

Cigarette holes in my none smoking room, stained yellow sheets, bugs all over, floor peeling up in bathroom, and the power went out for a bit. But I understand they can't fix that immediatly
